Kale Apple Lemon Juice

Juicing helps the body's ability to absorb certain nutrients often bound up by insoluble fibers, making it a healthy addition to any plant-based diet. Here is a juice recipe that is popular for its nutrient packed deliverance. 

Kale is a fantastic source of calcium, iron, copper, manganese. phosphorus, potassium and vitamin A and C. Kale is low calorie and yet incredibly dense with nutrients. Kale also boasts compounds that promote eye and skin health, like lutein.


Energetic Recipe 

  • 1 large bunch kale

  • 2 apples

  • ½ lemon, peeled

  1. Process kale, apples, and lemon through the juicer.

  2. Serve immediately.
